Step 1: Click on the guest reservation
Step 2: Go into the Charges and Payments tab
Step 2: Scroll down to the Card section to view the card type, card holder, card number and expiry date
if the card details are not visible then you must enter your Elevate Password (the one you use to log in to the system) into the ‘show’ field. Credit card details will be available in the Elevate system from the time the booking is made up until 14 days after check-out.
