How to Retrieve CVV Code

Step 1: Open the booking confirmation email that was sent to your email from Elevate (see email example to right)

Step 2: In the email you will find: security code ----

Step 3: Copy the code

Step 4: Click on the guest reservation in the Elevate system and go into the Charges and Payments tab

Step 5: Beside the Card CVV field select ‘Show’

Step 6. Enter the code to decode the CVV

Note: For bookings from Booking.com if the email says "Security code not available" it means Booking.com did not send it to us. You will need to ask Booking.com for the CCV.
